Old Chicago in Kansas is seeking a Front of House Manager with 2+ years of restaurant management in a fast-paced, full-service setting. You will lead the FOH team, supervise scheduling, training, and guest services to ensure smooth daily operation.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, adherence to health and safety standards, and collaboration with Kitchen Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience. Compensation is discussed during the interview.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant manager experience in a full-service environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front of house staff including scheduling, training and general supervision.
• Oversee that all opening and closing duties are completed correctly and that cleanliness and maintenance are maintained.
• Responsible for daily deposits, and the correct operation of the POS systems.
• Balancing of all daily and nightly cash drawers and POS.
• Inventory and maintenance for Front of House Items.
• Providing excellent customer service to guest and excellent leadership to employees.
• Enforce and monitor all health, safety and sanitation standards in their area.
• Handle guest complaints according to provided guidelines.
• Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to provide a seamless experience
• Responsible for quality assurance of products leaving the Kitchen/Restaurant
