Job summary

Old Chicago Goodyear is seeking a Front of House Manager to lead daily operations and supervise the front of house team. You will ensure service quality, safety, and a seamless guest experience, reporting to the Kitchen Manager and coordinating with dining room staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant manager experience in a full-service setting.
• Proven leadership and time management skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Expertise in food handling techniques and sanitation standards.
• Excellent administrative and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage front of house staff including scheduling, training and supervision.
• Ensure opening/closing duties are completed; maintain cleanliness and upkeep.
• Handle daily deposits and operate POS systems correctly.
• Balance cash drawers and POS systems nightly.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance of front of house items.
• Provide excellent guest service and leadership to staff.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Address guest complaints per guidelines; work with Kitchen Manager for seamless service.
• Assure quality, and oversee daily restaurant operations.
