Job summary

Best Pizza & Brew is hiring for Front of House Team Members in Chandler, AZ. You will support the dining room by taking orders, serving guests, handling payments, and assisting with to-go orders. A strong customer-service mindset and team-first attitude are essential.

Role includes several BOH-adjacent duties across bussing, expo, and delivery coordination. Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays is required to join a fast-paced, friendly restaurant team.

Qualifications

• Possess a service-oriented mindset with a focus on outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in hospitality or service industry is a plus.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support teammates and adapt to varying roles during shifts.
• Maintain Food Handlers Card and RBS Certification.
• Delivery Drivers must have an active driver license.
• Weekend, evening, and holiday availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables and dining areas.
• Assist with bussing, food running, cashiering, expo duties, bartending, serving, and delivery coordination.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS and handle payments.
• Restock expo line, drink stations, and common areas; assist with to-go orders.
• Provide friendly greetings and attentive service to all guests.
• Share specials and upsell to enhance guest experiences.
