Old Chicago - Chandler is seeking a Front of House Manager with 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service setting. A valid driver’s license is required. You will supervise FOH staff, ensure service standards, and partner with the Kitchen Manager to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of restaurant manager experience in a full-service environment.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong leadership, time management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front of house staff including scheduling, training and supervision.
• Ensure opening and closing duties are completed and area remains clean.
• Handle daily deposits and operat e POS systems accurately.
• Balance daily and nightly cash drawers and POS transactions.
• Oversee inventory and maintenance for Front of House items.
• Provide excellent customer service and lead the team.
• Enforce health, safety and sanitation standards; resolve guest concerns.
• Collaborate with Kitchen Manager for a seamless guest experience.
