The role emphasizes food safety, cash handling, and staff development. You will supervise crew, support scheduling, and contribute to a culture of exceptional service. This is a full-time position at a Chipotle location.

Qualifications

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive customer experience by serving high-quality food.
• Ensure line is clean and equipment functions properly.
• Support food safety through proper hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature checks and Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Assist with customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train Crew members; assist with performance reviews.
• Help develop future Service Leaders and assist with office administration as needed.
