Job summary

La Viva Tex-Mex is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead daily dining room operations, build a strong FOH team, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

The role partners with General Manager and kitchen leadership to maintain service excellence, strong communication, and high standards across the guest journey. Nights, weekends, and holidays are a part of this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant service and floor management.
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service periods.
• Strong guest recovery and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff
• Coach team members during service to maintain hospitality standards
• Assist with training and development of FOH staff
• Foster a positive, professional, team-oriented environment
• Oversee staffing, shift execution, and floor coverage
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar
• Ensure food and beverage service meets company standards
• Maintain strong communication between FOH and kitchen teams
• Support leadership in achieving restaurant goals and performance standards
