Job summary

ECIL in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced FOH Supervisor to manage daily restaurant operations, ensure service standards, and supervise staff across one or more outlets. The role includes enforcing policies, coordinating events, and improving guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1–2 years restaurant management experience in a full-service setting.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Must speak fluent English; other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of one or more food and/or beverage outlets or assigned portion of the operation.
• Plan and organize work.
• Communicate and enforce policies and procedures.
• Assist with creating innovative programs and promotions to market special menu items, increase sales, and increase guest patronage.
• Monitor guest feedback and financial results to identify opportunities and initiate corrective action.
• Maintain security and proper storage of inventory and equipment, and manage cash handling and replenishment.
• Aim to achieve budgeted revenues, control expenses and labor costs, and maximize profitability within the outlets.
