Job summary

Eurest USA is hiring immediately for a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor at Samsung in Austin, TX. You will oversee daily operations, coach and mentor staff, and ensure top-quality guest service.

The role requires leadership experience in food service or related sectors, strong inventory and merchandising skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekends. Paid training and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or café operations.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, ordering, and day-to-day retail operations.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members with a strong guest-service mindset.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, ordering, and daily retail operations.
• Stay highly organized, dependable, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensure staff are on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitor marketing and ensure signage is current and appropriate.
• Uphold policies and procedures to meet company and client expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
