Eurest USA is hiring immediately for a full-time Front of House Lead Supervisor at Samsung in Austin, TX. You will oversee daily operations, coach and mentor staff, and ensure top-quality guest service.

The role requires leadership experience in food service or related sectors, strong inventory and merchandising skills, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Schedule is Monday–Friday with some weekends. Paid training and benefits are included.

• Strong commitment to guest service with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, ordering, and day-to-day retail operations.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
