Eurest in Austin, TX is hiring immediately for a full-time Cook Supervisor at Samsung - 12100 Samsung Boulevard. Schedule: Friday–Monday 4:30 pm–3:00 am; location is on-site. Directly supervise food-service associates, train staff, assign work, and uphold quality, safety, and portion control.

Requires restaurant management experience. Pay ranges from $26.00 to $30.00 per hour with full-time benefits. Associates are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including health and wellness

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Trains employees; plans, assigns and directs work; evaluates performance; rewards and disciplines staff.
• Advises management of purchasing requirements with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding shortages.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality and portion control.
• Operates and cleans equipment according to procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates food items to minimize spoilage.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure safety of food supply.
• Operates food-service equipment safely.
• Assists during meals and gathers customer feedback.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
