Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring for a Front of House Lead Supervisor in Austin, TX. The role is full-time with a Monday–Friday day shift and some weekends. Pay ranges from $24 to $26 per hour with benefits for full-time employees. Location is Samsung—12100 Samsung Boulevard, Austin, TX 78754. Online applications are accepted only.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or café operations.
• Strong commitment to guest service with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Experience with inventory management, merchandising, ordering, and day-to-day retail operations.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to uphold service standards.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, ordering, and day-to-day retail operations.
• Ensure staff is on task, quality standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitor marketing signage to ensure it is current and appropriate.
• Uphold policies and procedures to comply with company and client expectations.
