Qualifications

• 12+ months of Chick-fil-A experience (unless exception by Senior Leader).
• Expert knowledge of the business, including reports, procedures, and administrative skills.
• Willingness to work 40+ hours a week, including Saturdays.
• Demonstrate the ability to implement real, results-driven change via SMART business plans.
• Demonstrate expert problem-solving skills and the ability to develop others.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business, develop leaders, and proactively solve and prevent problems.
• Take ownership to ensure problems are solved quickly and efficiently.
• Provide coaching, perspective, and feedback during peak volumes.
• Set clear goals that impact daily operations and results.
• Protect the culture and hold Trainers and Team Members accountable.
