Job summary

Markham Hotel LLC is seeking a Front of House Restaurant Supervisor in Gulfport, MS. You will oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service flow from arrival to departure.

Lead and train servers, hosts, bartenders, and bussers; manage reservations and seating, uphold health and safety standards, handle guest concerns, and collaborate with the kitchen and management to deliver a high-quality dining experience in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or lead role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
• Experience with customer service and staff management in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Supervise front-of-house staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
• Coordinate daily front-of-house operations and seating/reservations.
• Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with pre-shift meetings and staff coverage.
• Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for front-of-house.
• Assist with administrative duties and reporting.
