Job summary

Oregon Beverage Recycling Cooperative's BottleDrop Redemption Center in Albany, OR is seeking a Full-Time Lead to deliver superior customer service, oversee daily operations, and act as on-site Person-in-Charge when the Supervisor is away.

You will handle cash, train team members, operate front-of-house equipment, and ensure safety compliance, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ supervisory experience, preferably in retail with cash handling.
• Familiar with OBRC policies and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the BottleDrop Supervisor to maintain a safe, positive work environment.
• Cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Train and oversee BottleDrop Team Members.
• Operate Front of House equipment.
• Escalate equipment repair and IT issues as needed.
• Report daily activities using proper forms.
