Qualifications

• Able to communicate clearly with guests and team.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screening.
• Must obtain Food Handlers certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests as they arrive with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Escorts guests to their tables, providing assistance as needed, such as pulling out chairs and presenting menus.
• Answers phone calls and inquiries regarding reservations, in a professional manner.
• Accurately records reservation details and special requests in the reservation booklet or system.
• Communicates special requests or VIP guests to the appropriate personnel.
• Takes room service orders and notifies room service attendant.
• Keeps track of all servers, when not on floor, to ensure guest is seated with an available server.
• Maintains the highest standard of personal hygiene.
