• IHOP training course work as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within 30 seconds and seat them as tables become available.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with IHOP employees and guests.
• Rotate station seating to ensure quality guest service.
• May handle guest complaints and invite them to return.
• Answer the telephone, take messages, and handle To Go orders.
• Maintain a waiting list and ensure restrooms are stocked and clean.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, chairs, booths, and floors after guests leave.
• Follow posted cleaning charts and IHOP uniform standards.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager or supervisor.
