Job summary

Dash In, a division of the Wills Group, is hiring a Front of House Guest Experience Supervisor in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a high-performing team, ensure smooth front-of-house operations, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidate has 1+ year supervisory experience in retail or customer service, strong people skills, and comfort with POS tech. ServSafe certification is a plus; position pays hourly with overnight premiums.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or management role in customer service or retail.
• High School Diploma or GED or ability to complete employer-paid GED.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
• Strong focus on exceptional guest experiences with people skills.
• Active ServSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to train a high-performing team.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide tools for guests to be served quickly.
• Interact with guests, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
• Support associates to meet guest needs efficiently and maintain a 'no wait' experience.
• Monitor customer flow and open registers as needed for seamless service.
• Uphold brand standards including guest engagement, cleanliness and safety.
• Communicate with Guest Experience Manager about ordering and inventory needs.
• Complete tasks as directed by Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
