Job summary

Dash In is seeking a Front of House Guest Experience Supervisor in Graham, NC to lead a team and ensure outstanding guest experiences. The role involves supervising retail associates, maintaining smooth front-of-house operations, and collaborating with store leadership to deliver high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have supervisory retail experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and comfort with POS software. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a supervisory or management role in a customer service or retail environment.
• High School Diploma or GED, or ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
• Comfortable using technology, including POS software.
• Strong focus on guest experiences with excellent people skills.
• Active ServSafe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Guest Experience Manager and Store Manager to build and train a high-performing team of retail associates.
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations and provide tools to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Interact with guests and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Support associates in meeting guest needs efficiently to maintain a no-wait experience.
• Monitor customer flow and open registers to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold brand standards for guest engagement, cleanliness, safety, and adherence to operations.
• Maintain communication with the Guest Experience Manager on ordering and inventory needs.
• Complete tasks as directed by the Guest Experience Manager and Sr. Store Manager.
