Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC. is seeking a friendly Front-of-House team member at Sonny’s BBQ in Florida. You’ll answer calls, take food orders, and ensure accuracy with every order. You’ll interact with guests in a positive way and assist with catering orders and drive-thru service.

The role requires dependability, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to participate in ongoing training. A fast-paced restaurant environment offers growth and a team-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Must be dependable with a flexible schedule.
• Attend ongoing training or certification programs as required by the company/state.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Take food orders.
• Bag all orders and ensure accuracy of the order and that all condiments and utensils are included in every order.
• Interact with guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist with the packing of orders related to catering.
• Ability to use Point of Sale system.
• Able to take orders via the drive-thru window.
• Handle curbside orders.
• Assist with restocking of all items.
• Clean and maintain the general work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
