ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, is hiring for a Front of House Team Member to deliver memorable guest experiences at our Pensacola restaurant. You will handle transactions, seat guests, upsell items, and assist in daily operations while maintaining a clean, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Able to handle cash and credit transactions and maintain accuracy.
• Dependable with a flexible schedule; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and assist with seating.
• Upsell guests beyond their orders and process transactions.
• Assist with restocking items and communicate with kitchen staff.
• Perform cleaning duties and complete side work as assigned.
