Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe seeks a talented hourly Assistant Manager (full or part-time) to lead a team focused on food quality, customer service, and community. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring superb service while upholding Kneaders’ standards for from-scratch bread, pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches made with honest ingredients.

Qualifications

1+ year of fast paced restaurant/retail leadership experience.
Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal regulations for food handler & sanitation standards.
Experience with meeting operational goals, & thinking beyond what has already been done to create a better experience for teams & customers.
Requires continuous standing and walking throughout the shift, with limited opportunities for sitting. Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation is required.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment, ingredients, and supplies.
You must be at least 18 years of age to be qualified for this position.
