Job summary

Trillium is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our Fenway team and lead the front of house. The role sits on the leadership team, emphasizing hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

The candidate should have 5+ years in a restaurant setting, with a strong track record of staff development, customer service excellence, and effective communication under pressure. A passion for craft beer is preferred; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a restaurant environment (bartender/server/manager).
• Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team.
• Exceptional guest service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise front of house staff.
• Direct work for employees including assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours.
• Assist the floor managers with coaching FOH staff with daily performance feedback.
• Coordinate with Private Event Coordinator to execute weekly private functions.
• Handle complaints, conflicts, questions, and suggestions from restaurant employees.
• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
