Responsibilities

• Lead multi-unit restaurant operations across Fenway, Canton, and Fort Point locations.
• Set and uphold SOPs, guest standards, and service flows.
• Own P&L accountability and drive revenue, labor, and prime cost performance.
• Build high-performing teams through training, coaching, and succession planning.
