Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated seeks a Food & Beverage Supervisor-N to assist in directing O’Dark Thirty and EATs Food outlet, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage. The role emphasizes staffing, training, menu accuracy, and guest satisfaction across high-volume outlets.

You will lead front-of-house operations, monitor budgets, and ensure health standards are met while delivering a best-in-class dining experience in a dynamic gaming environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience leading high-volume food and beverage operations.
• At least 2 years’ experience managing team members.
• 4 year degree or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in front-of-house operations of O’Dark Thirty, Food Court and other areas as assigned.
• Collaborate with culinary team to ensure recipes are followed.
• Train staff to uphold service culture and guest experience.
• Manage menus and update POS as required.
• Monitor labor and staffing levels to meet budget targets.
• Provide best-in-class dining experience through consistent service.
• Oversee ordering and inventory levels.
• Address guest issues and maintain health department standards.
