Churchill Downs Incorporated is seeking an F&B Supervisor-N at Oak Grove to assist in directing daily front-of-house operations for O’Dark Thirty and the EATs Food outlet. You will work with the culinary team and leadership to uphold recipes, service standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires supervision of staffing, inventory oversight, and ensuring health department compliance, with a focus on a best-in-class dining experience for guests near Ft. Campbell and Nashville area.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with high-volume F&B operations preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Assist in front-of-house operations for O’Dark Thirty, Food Court and other areas.
• Collaborate with culinary to ensure recipes are adhered to.
• Train staff to uphold service culture and guest satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting for labor and staffing across outlets.
• Maintain high service standards and guest experience.
