Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years in food & beverage environment preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Serv-Safe certification.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service training and departmental orientation for new Team Members.
• Coordinate with supervisors on work schedules, ordering of food, and par levels.
• Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure standards.
• Assist with events setup and breakdown.
• Liaise with external agencies and company leadership as needed.
