• Two years’ experience in high volume food and beverage operations preferred.
• Four-year degree or related field experience preferred.
• Wine and liquor knowledge required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Micros and Stratton Warren inventory systems.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and direct restaurant venues and casino beverage operations.
• Ensure service standards and guest satisfaction across all food and beverage outlets.
• Train and supervise team members; manage labor levels within budget.
• Update POS systems and ensure accurate menus.
• Oversee ordering and inventory levels; address guest issues.
