Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Food Service Manager to lead dining operations and develop solutions that meet customer tastes. You will drive service excellence and menu execution in a cafeteria or residential dining setting.

You will oversee staff coaching, performance management, safety and sanitation, and financial targets, including P&L alignment and cost controls, while maintaining strong client relationships and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of management experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities
