You will lead front-of-house and kitchen staff, coach team members using the company coaching model, monitor performance, and drive cost controls to meet client targets and improve margins. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a focus on sanitation and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 1 year of experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain client and customer rapport
• Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's service model
• Ability to coordinate with other departments to deliver a unified dining experience
• Requires occasional lifting up to 50 lb
• Must be able to stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining teams using Aramark's coaching model
• Plan and lead daily team briefings
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations
• Identify client needs and communicate operational progress
• Maintain and analyze P&L statements
