Job summary

Heyday is seeking a part-time Front of House teammate for our flagship Manhattan studio. You’ll greet guests, guide visits, and ensure a welcoming, high-energy environment, blending hospitality with brand storytelling.

In this role you’ll educate clients on memberships and promotions, support estheticians with check-in/check-out, and help maintain the studio’s aesthetic. You’ll also contribute to social posts and events to grow community presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house roles in retail or service settings.
• Strong hospitality and client-service focus.
• Comfort using social media to share authentic stories.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with re-stocking, and support product sales/returns.
• Support Estheticians with smooth check-in/check-out experiences.
• Help with daily shop upkeep and maintain Heyday’s aesthetic.
• Onboard and train new FOH team members.
• Serve as hospitality lead to maintain elevated client experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing to activate promotions.
• Create authentic content for social media.
• Represent Heyday at local events to build community presence.
