Job summary

Heyday is seeking a part-time Front of House associate at our flagship Manhattan studio. You’ll provide high-level hospitality, welcome clients, educate on promotions, help with product sales, and support front-desk operations.

You are a natural host with sharp attention to detail, comfortable using social media to spotlight authentic stories, and eager to represent the Heyday brand in person daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level hospitality to clients in person, over the phone, and online.
• Educate clients on promotions, memberships, and future appointments.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, assist with re-stocking, and support product sales/returns.
• Support Estheticians with smooth check-in/check-out experiences.
• Help with daily shop upkeep, including sanitizing and maintaining Heyday’s aesthetic.
• Assist with onboarding and training new FOH team members.
• Act as a hospitality lead, ensuring the client experience stays consistent and elevated.
• Serve as a liaison to Marketing, sharing studio insights and ensuring promotions are activated.
• Support social media efforts by creating authentic, engaging content.
• Participate in local events and grassroots initiatives to build community presence.
