Job summary

The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium is seeking a Leader Front of House Catering (Part-time) in Toledo, OH. This role leads front-of-house catering operations, supervises Food Service Associates, and coordinates events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of supervision or equivalent training, strong customer service, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic setting, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical outdoor work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• 1–2 years of food service supervision or equivalent training/experience.
• Candidates must be able to take direction, work independently and multi-task.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to stand outdoors for several hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to be insured through Zoo fleet carrier.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front-of-house catering operations and supervise Food Service Associates.
• Coordinate event setup, staffing, and inventory to meet sanitation and safety standards.
• Train and motivate staff, monitor performance, and ensure excellent guest service.
