Ars Nova seeks a dynamic, hospitality-minded Audience Services Associate for the Greenwich House Theater. You will lead front-of-house and bar operations, supervise FOH staff, and coordinate with rental producers to ensure smooth performances.

This non-exempt, part-time role requires onsite presence in NYC with some evenings and weekends, and a commitment to an inclusive, safe audience experience across productions.

Qualifications

• Experience in front-of-house management for theater or similar venues.
• Ability to supervise and mentor FOH staff including ushers and bartenders.
• Strong customer service standards and lobby/venue upkeep awareness.

Responsabilités

• Manage front-of-house and bar operations for rental and Greenwich House shows.
• Lead house management shifts and supervise FOH staff roster.
• Coordinate with rental producers and ticketing personnel at show curtain.
• Ensure permits, licenses and health certificates are current and on file.
• Maintain lobby and bar supplies, manage audience flow and intake/departure.
• Oversee payroll-related scheduling and clock-ins for FOH staff.
• Support safety plans, training and accessibility needs for staff.
