Laguna Playhouse is seeking a Part-time House Manager to lead front-of-house operations and guest experiences. You will supervise volunteer ushers, guide staff during performances, manage bar operations compliance, and act as on-site authority in emergencies.

The role requires strong customer service, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with availability for evenings and weekends in a live theatre setting.

Qualificações

• Customer service and front-of-house operations experience required.
• Previous management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the highest level of customer service before, during, and after performances.
• Manage front of house operations across pre-show, performance, and post-show.
• Greet and seat audience members; assist patrons with disabilities.
• Address patron concerns promptly and professionally.
• Oversee ticket scanners and communicate with stage management.
• Submit front of house reports after each performance.
• Act as on-site authority in emergencies and train staff on protocols.
• Assist senior manager in managing and training ushers.
• Ensure alcohol service compliance and ABC certification.
• Support box office inquiries and related administrative tasks.
• Assist with events and member services.
