Requirements include a high school diploma or GED (associate or bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year of supervisory experience in logistics or CDL environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in logistics, transportation, or route management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and route-optimization abilities.
• Experience in waste/recycling or CDL environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead front load drivers and operations staff; set schedules, routes, and DVIRs.
• Monitor route efficiency and daily completion of commercial collections.
• Ensure safety compliance with FMCSA/CDL regulations; lead safety meetings.
