Job summary

SRP Federal Credit Union in South Carolina seeks a dependable Teller Front-Line Supervisor to deliver friendly, accurate service and process transactions with precision. You will oversee tellers, coaching, and daily operations to maintain high member satisfaction.

Under the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager, you will conduct monthly cash audits, promote Credit Union products, refer services, and ensure compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC, and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience in financial services preferred.
• Three years of customer service experience; cash handling experience.
• 1+ year of team leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proficient with teller duties and Front-Line Supervisor responsibilities.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and process transactions accurately.
• Supervise tellers and coordinate daily work schedule and coaching.
• Conduct monthly cash audits and ensure branch policies are followed.
• Promote and cross-sell Credit Union products and services.
