CPM Federal Credit Union in Greenville, SC seeks a Teller Supervisor at the Greenville Augusta Branch to lead a team of tellers, ensure accurate cash handling and exceptional member service.

This role requires five years of teller experience or two years with retail or customer service, supervisory knowledge, and a high school diploma. Work hours are Mon-Thu 8-5 and Fri 8-6; starting pay is $47,730 with growth through the CPM incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Five years of Teller experience; or two years of work experience comprised of one year of Teller experience combined with retail/sales, customer service experience and/or college/vocational schooling.
• Knowledge of supervisory practices and principles.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in financial transactions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Adherence to CPM policies and federal regulations (NCUA and FFIEC), including GLB and BSA.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of tellers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling and exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash balancing, and vault management.
• Monitor teller performance, provide feedback, and address any performance or behavior issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the branch manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of banking products, services, and procedures to assist customers with their inquiries and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Verify cash when overages/shortages occur, assist tellers when balancing problems occur.
• May be responsible for branch openings/closings.
• Reasonable flexibility around scheduled work hours.

Candidates must be available Monday - Thursday 8 am - 5 pm, and Fridays 8 am - 6 pm.

The minimum starting pay for this role is $47,730.00. At CPM Federal Credit Union, we consider experience, skills, and internal equity when determining final compensation.
