Qualifications

• 2+ years supervisory experience in an I/DD or residential setting.
• Current Ohio DODD DSP credentials (First Aid, CPR, Medication Administration) or ability to obtain promptly.
• Valid Ohio driver license with clean record and reliable vehicle.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Anywhere, and scheduling software.
• Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at group homes/shared living sites.
• Supervise/train DSPs per North Shore's procedures.
• Manage DSP schedules and ensure appropriate staffing coverage across multiple locations.
• Verify proper documentation of services/individuals' financial records.
• Share in on-call coverage - respond to calls, texts, and site emergencies after hours and on some weekends.
