Caregiver in Columbus, OH seeks a Residential Coordinator to support day-to-day operations of assigned homes while leading DSP teams to ensure safe, compliant, and person-centered care.

You will coordinate routines, manage household operations, and oversee documentation and training to maintain high-quality services. This role requires reliable leadership and the ability to respond to emergencies and staffing gaps effectively.

Qualifications

• Direct supervision of DSP staff and oversight of staffing coverage.
• Strong leadership to maintain person-centered practices.
• Accurate documentation and timely reporting to clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of homes and staff.
• Coordinate routines, inventory, menu planning, and transportation.
• Schedule medical/personal appointments and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Provide care coverage during staffing gaps.
• Submit and track maintenance requests and conduct home safety checks.
• Support onboarding and training; ensure competency checklists are completed.
• Validate daily notes, logs, MARs, data sheets, and timesheets.
• Manage clients' personal funds and maintain compliant records.
• Respond to urgent issues per on-call expectations.
• Support quality improvement and adherence to standards.
