Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Two years of experience with developmentally disabled individuals; supervisory experience preferred.
• Must communicate in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential staff and oversee direct care within the home.
• Provide in-home training and supervise service plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure safety, health, and well-being of individuals; manage documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate medical treatments as directed by physicians and nursing staff.
• Oversee finances and daily operations within the residence.
