Job summary

HELP Foundation, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Site Leader to supervise staff and oversee resident care in assigned facilities. Under the Program Manager, you will ensure program quality, adjust schedules, and maintain licensure compliance.

This role includes administering medications, monitoring health, coordinating trainings, and ensuring staff coverage. Benefits include healthcare, PTO, 10 holidays, and a 401(k) with immediate matching.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years direct care experience.
• Pass a background check (BCI and FBI).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with less than 6 points.
• CPR/First Aid certification or training available.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with Program Manager to ensure program quality.
• Adjust work hours for program operation.
• Supervise staff and ensure ISP provisions are followed.
• Provide active treatment and monitor health, including administering medications.
• Ensure facility is survey ready and manage life safety drills.
