• Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations at group homes/shared living sites.
• Supervise/train DSPs per North Shore's procedures.
• Manage DSP schedules and ensure appropriate staffing coverage across multiple locations.
• Verify proper documentation of services/individuals' financial records.
• Share in on-call coverage - respond to calls, texts, and site emergencies after hours and on some weekends.

North Shore Services is seeking a Front Line Supervisor to join our family-owned, people-focused team. The Front Line Supervisor is the on-the-ground leader who keeps our homes running and our team supported. This role rotates daily between our residential sites to coach and develop Direct Support Professionals, build staff schedules, manage medications and client documentation, and make sure every home is safe, clean, and well-staffed. • Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, Anywhere, and scheduling softwares.
• Strong scheduling, communication, and problem-solving skills; sound judgment under pressure
