Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier of power generation services, parts and repairs, seeks an experienced Operations Leader to act as Front Line Product Leader for the Centerline area in Euclid, OH. You will supervise machinists and programmers, coach teams, and drive safety and quality on the shop floor.

You will coordinate daily workflows, schedule adherence, and maintenance needs while interfacing with outsourced support and the manufacturing manager to optimize

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in machining or manufacturing environment
• Experience as a shop floor supervisor or lead
• Ability to read and interpret technical data; communicate effectively with workforce

Responsibilities

• Shop Floor Supervisor to teaching/coaching Machinists & Programmers.
• Promotes and reinforces daily Safety/Quality.
• Teaching/Coaching/Training Machinists & Programmers.
• Managing Daily Workflow.
• Coordinating Machine Maintenance Equipment.
• Coordinating work schedules of primary team, including time off and overtime.
• Interfacing with outsourced shop support (Nitride, EDM, Grind, etc.).
• Coordinating/shipping schedules based on monthly production schedule.
