Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC in Euclid, OH, seeks an experienced Operational Leader to serve as a Front Line Product Leader for the Centerline area. This role acts as a liaison between Machinists, scheduling, and Operations, influencing process and planning decisions with manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities include coaching machinists and programmers, promoting daily safety and quality, and coordinating daily workflows and job preparation needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in machining/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with M&G code programming and CAM software (Gibbs). High-Temperature alloy experience a plus.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data; communicate clearly with workforce.
• Ability to manage workflow and prioritize manufacturing objectives.
• ERP and project management familiarity desired.
• Promotes and enforces safety and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shop Floor Supervisor to teach/coaching Machinists & Programmers.
• Promotes and reinforces daily safety/quality.
• Teaching/coaching/training Machinists & Programmers.
• Managing Daily Work Flow.
• Supporting/assessing needs for job preparation.
• Coordinates machine maintenance equipment.
• Coordinate work schedules of primary team, including time off and overtime.
• Interfaces with outsource shop support (nitride, EDM, grind, etc.).
• Coordinates/shipping schedules based on monthly production schedule.
• Assists/provides feedback on development shop schedule and quoting to Manufacturing Manager.
