Job summary

DuPont in Valley View, Ohio seeks a Maintenance Front-Line Leader to supervise mechanics and coordinate maintenance across production lines. You will oversee safety, scheduling, budgeting, vendor interaction and equipment reliability initiatives.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, leadership, and a strong background in industrial maintenance with CMMS experience. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering or related field.
• Hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing with troubleshooting skills.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical systems.
• Experience with electrical systems, industrial controls, motors, sensors and PLCs.
• Experience creating and executing preventive/predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with CMMS: work orders, history, preventive scheduling and metrics.
• Good troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and sustainable corrective actions.
• Knowledge of safety practices like lockout/tagout and machine guarding.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics and technical specs.
• Experience leading and developing maintenance technicians and coordinating resources.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze maintenance data, records and metrics.
• Plan work, assign priorities, and coordinate resources across schedules.
• Develop or implement maintenance policies and procedures.
• Inspect tools, equipment and work areas for safety and compliance.
• Lead training and coaching of technicians.
