Job summary

Sierra store in Salem, OR, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a frontline associate to deter loss, support customers, and uphold store safety. You will wear a Body Worn Camera, greet customers, and coordinate with management to maintain a secure shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years retail or security experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss/dishonesty.
• Wear a complete Company approved uniform including a Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers courteously and refer requests to store management via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious activity to LP or store management.
• Perform closing safety sweep with management.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
