Responsibilities

• Maintain proper and professional stance at the front of the store.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent loss/dishonesty.
• Review and follow Store Emergency Response Guide.
• Wear the approved uniform and Body Worn Camera.
• Greet customers and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Position yourself at the front of the store or in a department.
• Assist customers by referring them to store management or customer service via radio.
• Observe and report suspicious behavior or incidents to LP or management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep with a manager.
• Adhere to Company policies and procedures.
• Document incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
