Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical support professional to own Front Line Care activities, including customer support, clinical troubleshooting, and implementation support across health systems.

The role drives collaboration with OneMedline partners to improve outcomes on hospital acquired conditions and builds strong relationships with CNO, ICU leaders, and Infection Prevention teams. Salary range noted with benefits described.

Competenze

At least 3 years of clinical experience.
RN/CCRN/APRN certifications required.
Familiarity with hospital infection prevention metrics.

Mansioni

Provide clinical subject matter expertise on safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
Build and maintain account-level relationships with CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention and other stakeholders.
Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post-implementation support.
Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to pitch, assess, and implement clinical solutions.
Lead or attend local trade shows, educational dinners, and product events as needed.
Coordinate communications and align internal resources for accounts.
