Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a clinical professional to own Front Line Care clinical support activities, including customer support, troubleshooting, trial and implementation support, and clinical solutions execution while collaborating with OneMedline partners.

The team partners with health systems to improve outcomes on hospital‑acquired conditions and leads in‑services, education, and field collaboration, building strong accounts and ensuring ongoing support across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent nursing certification required.
• Experience in clinical support and hospital settings is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with health systems and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise on the safe and effective use of Front Line Care products.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical stakeholders (CNO, ACNO, ICU, Infection Prevention, etc.).
• Support retention activities, trials, implementations, and post‑implementation support in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Front Line Care Specialists to assess and implement clinical solutions.
• Lead or participate in local trade shows, events, and trainings as needed.
• Ensure regular touchpoints with priority accounts and coordinate actions across teams.
• Participate in Front Line Care Clinical business reviews and internal communications.
