Qualifications

• Frequent standing for long periods on tiled surfaces.
• Able to lift boxes or supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of milk crates weighing 5–30 lbs.
• Frequent exposure to cold and high heat environments (walk-in cooler, ovens).
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines per instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Prepare products according to training and monitor to ensure order accuracy.
• Communicate product needs to ensure proper availability for guests.
• Maintain front counter and drive-thru area: clean, organized, and ready for rush periods.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and sanitize tasks as directed.
